Advertising Processing carried out by Aldaniti International Network, LTD, ADSALSA SLU, or ADSALSA ITALIA PUBLICIDAD SUCURSAL, depending on your place of residence.

  1. Sending commercial communications from third-party companies: We will process your data to send you commercial communications from third parties (advertisers) or to conduct market research commissioned by our clients. These commercial communications will be carried out directly by our company, and under no circumstances will we share your data with third parties. The data we will use to send you these communications includes your name, surname, and email address.
  2. Communication of your data to third-party companies: If you consent through the corresponding checkbox in the contact form, we may share your data with companies, organizations, and/or entities interested in sending you their own commercial actions (e.g., an insurance company may call you to offer car insurance, a car company may call you to offer a free test drive of a vehicle they are launching, etc.) or to conduct market research. In this case, your data will be shared with these third-party companies so they can communicate with you directly through their own means. The data we will share with third-party companies includes gender, name, surname, postal code, town, province, date of birth, phone number, and/or postal address, depending on the channel the advertiser wishes to use to contact you. Occasionally, we may also share the date of your registration in our system.
  3. Segmentation of interested parties: Based on the campaigns being conducted, and taking into account only the data you provide in the registration form, we may occasionally segment advertising campaigns to increase their success (e.g., the opening of a specific men’s clothing store in Madrid will only target men living in certain postal codes in the city). In these types of segmentations, the level of intrusion into the individual’s private sphere is minimal, as only the data provided by the individual during registration (age, gender, postal code, etc.) is used, and there is no tracking of individuals across different websites, devices, and/or services.

To carry out the purposes described above, we subject your data to normalization, deduplication, filtering, and verification operations. How does the verification of your data work?

We verify your data in various ways:

  • Phone: At the time of your registration, an automated system will make a verification call where we will ask you to press a key to confirm that the phone number belongs to you.
  • Email: If, when sending you an email, the ISPs inform us that your email address does not exist, you have marked the communication as spam, or you have filed a complaint, we will disable your email address to ensure you no longer receive any commercial communications from us.

For us, it is crucial that your data is correct, as we use it for commercial purposes and need it to be accurate and true to ensure your contactability for advertising purposes.
